This will be fuelled by my usual week-day breakfast, which is…
- A poached egg on cooked ham slices, cherry tomatoes, plenty of black pepper
- Half a yellow melon
- A banana mashed in almond milk (unsweetened, mais naturellement) with a handful of blueberries chucked in
- A bucket sized cup of tea, with almond milk
That usually does the trick, and sees me right until about 7am, when the snacking begins, and I take outrageous liberties with the contents of my sack-o-fruit™.
